Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Surrey Hills, The Quarry is a collection of three contemporary farmhouse residences designed to feel deeply connected to the landscape that surrounds them.

Inspired by the honesty of traditional rural architecture and reinterpreted through a more refined contemporary lens, the homes combine natural materials, timeless detailing and exceptional craftsmanship to create a quieter, more considered approach to modern country living.

Each residence has been carefully positioned to maximise privacy and natural light, while the architecture balances bold simplicity with warmth and permanence. The Quarry represents a new chapter for living in the Surrey Hills - homes designed not simply to impress, but to feel grounded, enduring and deeply liveable.

Archiectural pedigree

We partnered with award-winning architectural practice Anderson Orr to create three architecturally distinctive contemporary farmhouses, drawing inspiration from the timeless rural homes of North America. Defined by clean architectural lines, natural materials and expansive glazing, each residence has been thoughtfully designed to maximise natural light, celebrate its surrounding landscape and deliver beautifully proportioned, highly liveable spaces.

Considered Interiors

Conceived by the award-winning NOMAD Studio, the interiors are defined by a quiet confidence, where natural materials, honest craftsmanship and considered proportions take precedence over passing trends. Layered with warmth, texture and abundant natural light, each space has been designed to feel both elevated and deeply personal, creating homes that are as comfortable as they are beautifully composed.
