Jack Simpson

Founder & Creative Director

Jack founded Nomad following a career in high-end residential development, with a belief that the best homes are created when design and delivery are considered as one.

As Founder and Creative Director, he leads the creative direction of the studio, drawing on more than 15 years of experience designing, developing and delivering exceptional private homes. His background as a developer brings a practical understanding of how ambitious ideas are realised, balancing architecture, interiors, craftsmanship and the realities of construction.

Jack remains closely involved in every project, working alongside the studio team to establish the creative vision and ensure it is carried through from the earliest concept to the finished home.

James is a Senior Interior Architect and Designer at Nomad, known for his calm, thoughtful approach and seamless connection with clients and collaborators. James blends architecture and nature to create grounded, balanced spaces. With a mastery of proportion and flow, he shapes homes with precision, artistry, and quiet confidence.

James Taylor

known for her warm, intuitive approach and strong client relationships. With a keen sensitivity to fabrics, finishes, and material layering, she brings a tactile quality to every scheme. Experienced across high-end residential and commercial projects in London and the Middle East, she develops FF&E concepts, finishes schedules, and detailed design packages that translate design intent into refined, buildable outcomes.

Ted is a Chartered Construction Manager and Head Of Private Client at Nomad, with over 12 years of experience delivering super-prime homes across London. Measured and meticulous, he unites teams and clients alike to deliver excellence. His calm leadership and technical precision ensure every project is executed to the highest standard.

A qualified architect, Anna brings architectural rigour and a refined technical understanding to the delivery of our projects. With extensive experience across high-end private residences in London, she leads projects from early design through to completion, coordinating consultant teams, navigating complex planning and listed building requirements, and ensuring the integrity of the design is carried through to every detail.

Tom is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with 15 years’ experience, he has overseen some of Nomad’s most prestigious developments. Tom leads the commercial and delivery function, ensuring disciplined programming, robust cost control, and operational excellence across the company’s portfolio.
